A registered non-profit NGO serving communities across Rajasthan since 1989 — through technical training, women empowerment, healthcare, and legal awareness.
Welcome to Hittasi (Hadoti Technical Training & Service Institute), a beacon of light and support for the vulnerable in our community. We believe in the power of compassion and the dignity of every individual. At Hittasi, we are dedicated to serving those in need with love and respect. From providing basic necessities to creating opportunities for self-reliance, our mission is to build a society where everyone has the chance to live a life of dignity and purpose. Join us in making a difference, one life at a time. Our Vision: To create a society where every individual is supported, empowered, and valued. We envision a world free from the struggles of poverty and helplessness, where compassion and service are the guiding principles.
The organization aims to expand its work across all of Rajasthan through social, technical, and women self-reliance programs via two key modes.
To empower underprivileged children, youth, and women through technical education, innovative healthcare, and market-focused livelihood programs — enabling them to live with dignity and purpose.
01To build a self-reliant, equitable, and compassionate society where every underprivileged person is empowered with quality education, healthcare, and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
02To break the cycle of intergenerational poverty by equipping communities with transformative education, essential healthcare, and sustainable livelihood skills across Rajasthan.
03Obtaining project approvals and budgets through government departments, schemes, and welfare policies (CAPART, CSR Fund etc.) to implement projects at scale.
Running programs directly through the organization's internal resources, local collaborations, and public participation (charity) on a self-sustaining basis.
A structured three-tier administrative system (Three-Tier Management) has been built for transparent, effective management of the project.
A 5-member district executive team will be formed in each selected district to represent the organization and ease work on the ground. The team will work to establish social service, honor, name and identity:
The following rules and procedures have been set for the financial transparency and clarity of the project.
Office bearers and members joining the organization pay a fixed annual fee directly into the organization's bank account for social work.
Under 'Infrastructure and Manpower Development' (IMD), a one-time fee of ₹500 is charged from women and beneficiaries for trainings, technical education, and employment opportunities.
Donations are accepted from philanthropists (Bhamashah) in the society. Notable contributors in the social field are honored at an annual grand event organized by the organization.
Financial assistance received from state and central government departments for designated projects is spent transparently on those projects.
Election Date: 20/04/2025 — All office bearers were elected unopposed. The committee will serve from 2025 to 2027 and complete all projects in Rajasthan.
